Well this was one of my first weddings to ever shoot. Although I have shot a couple really small ones before, this one was the ‘real’ deal.
My dear friends LuAnn & Rick asked me be their photographer, and I could not refuse.
I think I might have caught the ‘bug’ now, and I may offer weddings in the future!
Rick & Lu are really good friends of Greg and I.
They are such GREAT people and we love them with all of our hearts!
You may recognize them, as I have shot several sessions of them in the past. If interested in viewing any of the past shoots, feel free to click here (Boudoir/Glamour), here (Boudoir/Glamour) or here (family).
This wedding was very magical. It is both their second marriage, which in my eyes made it more special.
They joined both of their families together. They have 4-children all together, and I now feel that their family is finally complete.
Rick & Lu: I LOVE you more than you know and I truly hope that you have a blessed marriage. 2nd time around is always the BEST! 🙂
The land where they got married is owned by my good friends, Cindy & George. They have a fantastic house and they graciously offered their property to host this wedding.
Cindy & George: Your hearts are bigger than TEXAS!

This is Jessica… LuAnn’s beautiful daughter.
Below is Hunter and Dakota… Rick’s beautiful daughters.
JT walked his mother down the aisle. This was truly an emotional moment for Lu and many around that were watching.
This part of the land on the property was my favorite. So gorgeous!!!
The sunlight coming in was totally REAL, and stunning.
Magical.
This first dance with LuAnn and her son JT, had everyone crying. The way she was holding him, you could see, and feel how emotional it was for her.
JT is her oldest son, and the moment they shared during this dance was VERY touching.
Rick’s daughters, Hunter & Dakota surprised him with a fun song!
They started to slow dance and the DJ quickly switched the song to Cupid Shuffle?
Surprised Rick for sure!
Then everyone else came on the dance floor and had a GOOD time!
All the boys hanging out before the wedding!
Of course I requested ONE picture to be taken of the ‘photographer’, and leave it to my brother & Brad to act up behind us…
Good job guys! 🙂
